Code of Conduct

We believe everyone deserves a safe and comfortable place to shop, learn, and play. To support this, we ask all patrons of Oddwillow’s Game Haven to follow our store’s Code of Conduct. If you have questions or concerns about this, please speak to a member of our staff.

1. Be Kind to Your Fellow Adventurers
Oddwillow’s is intended to be a haven for adventurers of all kinds. No matter your age, race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual preference, religious beliefs, political beliefs, disabilities, financial situation, experience level, or gaming knowledge, all gamers are treated equally here.

2. Be a Fair Player
Though Oddwillow is a pirate, our owner is a Paladin at heart. We do not condone lying, cheating, stealing, or unfair tactics in our store. Please follow all game, campaign, and tournament rules and guidelines.

3. Be Clean
Unfortunately, we do not have prestidigitation. Please clean up after yourself, keep food and drinks covered, and be mindful of your hygiene. Some self-care and personal hygiene products are available in our restrooms if needed.

4. Be Friendly to Your Party
Not all travelers are looking for a battle. We ask that you keep competition friendly and refrain from behaviors or conversations that will make others around you uncomfortable.

5. Be a Gamer, not a Merchant
We know you’ve collected wondrous items during your travels. If you are interested in selling your board games, collectibles, or other tabletop gaming related items, please see a member of our staff. Personal sales and solicitation are not allowed on our premises.

6. Be Sober
You never know when you’ll run into a mimic, so it’s best to keep a clear head. Drugs and alcohol are not allowed on the premises, and intoxicated patrons may be asked to leave.

7. Be a Responsible Dragon
Don’t scare the villagers. Please keep all smoking (including vaping and e-cigarettes) to your vehicles or to the designated smoking area in our back lot. Dispose of cigarettes properly and use the provided receptacle.

8. Be Mindful of the Halflings
Oddwillow’s is a family establishment. Please keep your language PG and be patient with kids around the store. Children under the age of 13 must have adult supervision.

9. Be Odd
We’re all a bit Odd and we welcome you to join us. Whether you stay and play or find a new game to take home, we hope you have fun at Oddwillow’s!
